Found: Clean 6MT E90 M3 - Preferably ZCP

FOUND, thanks all!
As the title states, I'm seeking an E90 M3 with 6MT.
Ideally looking for:
- 2011.5 - 2011.75
- ZCP strongly preferred
- Split folding rear seats a near must (everything else would have to be too good to pass on)
- Slicktop preferred
- Clean, in good, honest, well cared for condition
- <60,000 miles
- Preferably NOT Jerez/Jet Black. I would strongly prefer IB, AW, SGM, or MR but would certainly consider SSII as well (in that order of preference).

I realize I'm looking for a bit of a unicorn being that specific, but am open to consider the right combination of the above or similar so long as it's 6MT (and has split folding rear seats).

I'm located in Phoenix, AZ, am willing to travel/ship for the right car with cash in hand.

At the end of the day, this will be an extremely well cared for (low mileage) daily driver and kid hauler. I'm looking for an equally well cared for example in clean, honest condition. Thanks in advance for looking and any leads you might have.

Check my post, kinda similar and I’m local to PHX. E90 M3, 36k, 6spd, rod bearings done, cleanest I’ve seen. 2008 though

shame it has sunroof.

But it is a single hump speed cloth 6MT, non-ZCP but with ZCP wheels.

Yes, thanks for the heads up. It IS exactly what I’m looking for, but I do feel like they’re asking a lot, even for them and the value add they provide. If anyone has one similar, that’s what I’m after!

Thanks for the heads up, I’ll reach out. The add feels like it’s probably in good condition. Any idea on how to value these vehicles that have had their engine replaced? His asking seems high given 78k on the rest of the car?

Agreed, that’s why it’s not in my garage right now!

How much are they asking? Looks like a good car, but no price.

Still looking for a:
2011.5 - 2011.75 E90
6MT only
ZCP
Slicktop preferred
in Alpine White or Interlagos Blue, but will also consider space gray and red (no silverstone or black please)
Less than 60,000 miles, clean, and well cared for.

I realize this is a bit of a unicorn, but I'm hoping to get lucky no later than mid to late July.

Thanks!

Where should that one be priced? Just wondering. High 20's?

I haven’t been able to figure this out. It seems like the engine was replaced in a very legit manner, which I would think would be a bonus, but it always kinds of sits as a red flag. I do feel like it’s priced a bit high given the mileage on everything else though?

the prices for clean ZCP e90 m3's isnt going down. its seems to have bottomed out in the low 30's. If you can deal with a non ZCP or a non 2011.5+, you can get one in the 20's.

I agree, we were specifically discussing the one in Northern California that had the motor replaced under warranty, and how that should weigh in on pricing.

The engine was replaced by Mountain View BMW Dealership. Even though it had its engine replaced, at least it was replaced at a Dealership and is most likely a longblock replacement. I don't see that devaluing the car much since rod bearings is a problem on these cars.

I would pay in the low 30s for this car if I was looking.

It took me almost two years to find the one I bought, with a similar wishlist. One year of casually looking, and another of beating the bushes everywhere I could across the US and Canada. You'll find your car - just be patient! Best of luck.

Thanks, I'm definitely trying to be patient - my current car is tracking to be turned in to the manufacturer in about 2 weeks, so I'm trying to balance the "get what you want so you don't regret it down the road" vs. "maybe you need to settle on year/ZCP/color because you don't know how long it will be, etc."

fingers crossed...
