Buy a proper M3 e92 from Germany

Hi to all, I just wanted to know your opinion about buying a used M3 e92 from Germany. The thing is that I am planning to go there by september by air and after buying the car I am planning to go to the Nurburgring for 2-3 days. After that I will return back to Greece with the car. I wanted to know which is a good price starting price for the car with not many miles (maybe 20k kilometers max).
