European Delivery, anyone?

First, I know that BMW doesn't offer an ED discount on M cars. Also, M cars for Euro Delivery ARE taken out of a dealer's allotment, unlike other models, so you lose some negotiation room there as well. I'd assume that there is still a little bit of wiggle room to haggle over "inventory fees" and the fact that they don't need to stock the car. Has anyone done this? Also, what will happen to an M3 engine if you redline it repeatedly within the first 1200 miles? There's no way that a sane person could drive an M3 through Bavaria while nursing the break-in. Any thoughts?
