F.S. Eisenmann Race iND Limited Release for E92/E93

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds

LOCAL SALE PREFERRED

  • This is an Eisenmann race exhaust that is a limited release from iND, it has f8x style interchangeable tips. I purchased the exhaust with brushed silver tips, but they can be swapped out if you purchase another set from iND.

  • The exhaust is in close to new condition, the exhaust was installed at around 68K miles and it was removed under 71K miles. Less than 3k miles put on the exhaust.

  • The tips on this exhaust are 90mm and straight cut vs. 83mm lemans style tips as found on the standard Eisenmann exhausts. They are ceramic coated as well but I haven't had the chance to clean them. They should be pretty easy to clean because of the coating.

  • The exhaust would cost $3300 + shipping if you were to purchase it from iND so I have priced it at $2200 (over $1000 discount), though I am flexible and open to offers.

Please reach out to me here or through IG dm --> (efk.93)

Thank You!

Hello,

This is the very exhaust unit I just sent an email inquiry to IND last week, but seeing as you only had on for a few thousand miles - why did you or why have switched this out? Did go with another exhaust or do not have the M3 anymore?

Thank you,
Merlin

The exhaust is plenty loud, but it was not loud enough for me. The mufflers do a great job at reducing a lot of the drone and the rasp but with that comes a reduction in some sound. I ended up switching to a meisterschaft gt2 which is known to be a louder system. If my car was a daily I might have stayed with the eisenmann race, but I only drive the car on weekends.

What made you get the gt2 over the gt? I'm looking at the gt myself. Just haven't pulled the trigger yet

Well, you know how some people can go through 10 exhaust setups and not find the right combo? Sometimes you just choose based off of videos and research but you can never truly know what is the perfect setup..

I actually was in the same position where I was not sure whether to go for the gt or gt2 and, even though i like the gt2 a lot, i could still see myself liking the gt if i had went with that instead. The gt2 is deeper pitched than the gt from videos i have seen, the gt is higher pitched and sounds a bit more exotic. The gt may also be a little bit quieter. If you want louder and deeper go for the gt2, if you want a little more refined/quiet high pitched and exotic go for the gt. Sound is subjective so it will always be hard to really determine what the best option is...

Just don't get the super gt, i had that before the eisenmann race and it was wayyyy too loud and had soooo much drone.

Local sale preferred but i would be willing to ship it . If i were to ship it then the fees and shipping cost would need to be added on though. I think it will be a few hundred minimum to ship to the east coast, i am in California.
