I know there have been a million threads on radar detectors and laser jammers. My questions is which detector is built in to the doors and bumpers? 'Ive been hearing a lot about a system the delays the signal for 5 seconds. I've been searching and searching but i cant find anything any kind of help would be appreciated.

Is the passport 9500ci the only kind of thing on the market or is there other ones? also which one would be the best option?

Go here http://www.radardetector.net/forums/ on this forum you will mostly learn what people have installed in their car. Were it me I would go with LI for the jammers and use the stealth mount in the rear headrest and mirror display for either the V1 or Bel/escort product. All of the detectors have pro/cons so you will need to make a choice based on your own preferences.

I have a Escort 8500ci Plus. It's a Radar Detector that has the sensor mounted behind my front grill. It works great! I haven't noticed any delay and was getting alerts from over a mike away during my last trip to Cali
