If the case is where they have begun relocation or are helping out people in need or whatever the case may be, they should have either shut down their ability to accept funds, had auto replies setup to let the customers that purchased items know it would be delayed or any other number of things other than take the money and not communicate. That is so lame. Only time I dealt with them they seemed friendly enough and gave me a semi decent response time.

Exactly my point. Need to communicate with customer prior in going Philippines OR assign someone here in the STATES to reply/take orders online or simply write a 1 line sentence stating away from the office. Is that too hard to ask a business owner/ operator? I owned 2 business and it CAN be done in matter of minutes.

BTW... I've already resolved this matter with paypal and moved on
GL everyone else

Im glad you got it resolved through paypal and I hope everyone else affected gets their coin back too.

And like someone else said, its not the amount of money, its the principle. Just ask this kid:

Does Mfest still take place?? I attended an Mfest event with a few friends a few years ago and it was actually a fun event.

But lately it seems like the forum fell off....last time I attended one of their "meets" or "events" it seemed like it was 10-15 adults who knew each other well and the rest were teenage kids with eurothrashed BMW's in tow.
