I bought a pair of these but decided to install one set in the front doors and go with a co-axial setup in the back. So....I have an extra set ready to go to a lucky owner

I assume the speakers and crossovers fit fine within the door panels of a E92?

I can't imagine the door panels of an E92 would be any different. Keep in mind that these are one of the slimmest 4" speakers that you can buy. Here is a sample installation thread (E90 shown):
