Aeuroplug took my money and never shipped a bumper

I had this great idea, lets restore my old m3 to its original glory. Got through the entire interior and have started on the exterior. By far the most damaged part of my car is the front bumper. Due to all the rock chips it has taken, along with the previous owner adding some extra holes for a front plate my state does not require. Seemed like it was a good place to start on the exterior refresh.

In the beginning of the year I found Aeuroplug, who sells a euro bumper and claims they can paint to match. 5 months later and many e mails back and forth, they cannot provide a ship date and are not responding to my request for a refund.

Save yourself the headache and avoid these jokers.

Besides stock, whats the word on the street as to other options? It appears its about the same price to just buy oem and have it painted locally. A front bumper shipped and painted seems to be running about 1100. Would love others take before I bite the OEM bullet.

Are you sure there’s not a national back order? I’ve ordered parts from them a year ago and it came within 3 weeks. Granted they had good communication during that time.

At the time of ordering the page said "In stock" in the title of the product so if it was not in stock it was false advertising. Besides that, they have not responded with an answer after four attempts over several months with a simple, when will you be shipping and when I asked that they cancel and refund they didnt do anything.
