Help finding fuse

Hello

What fuse for a 2008 e90 m3 can I use to hardwire my dash cam into it?

I need something that will have power when on, and power off when off.

I checked a bunch of different fuses to check DCV, and notice that the certain fuse that I tested due go to 0 V but do you have a little bit of voltage left. Does the e90 m3 have a “time out” schedule for the electronics to completely shut off? Does car have to be locked for 10min?
