2009 335i E93 right side fender install??

I've taken the old fender off, just had to bend things around, including the windshield wiper reserve in order to get to the two bolts on the door jam side.

Now I want to install the new fender and find there is no way to install the two bolts behind the washer reserve. I've sat and thought about every possibility, but come up short. If I do them first, which is difficult because I can't fit the fender with the reserve not being in the correct place and when in place, you just can't get to those two bolts.

Hoping somebody has a magic method used to accomplish this. I thought of somehow, b\putting a thread on the fender brackets and screwing the bolt in from the door side.

Hope someong has an idea??

thanks
John
