who makes a 25mm rear sway bar bushing?

car came with upgraded sway bars, rear is measuring at 25mm. the bushings look like crap so I'd like to replace them but I can't seem to find 25 mm bushings, or an e90 bar at 25mm. maybe i just suck at google.

i'd like to do poly since i'm doing everything poly / spherical back there but will settle for just new bushings...

Give GC or BW a call. They might have, or know where to get, 25 mm sway bar bushings. You’ll likely have an easier time finding a new generic bracket w/ a 25 mm bushing and just modify the bracket, if necessary, to bolt to the e9x rear sway bar support.

I’d think so. A custom bracket would potentially need its hole size increased to match the BMW bolt size or you’d have to use larger (and thicker?) washers to bridge a hole larger than what BMW uses. I remember having to use larger diameter washers on the back aftermarket sway bar on my ‘92 Civic Si which was my first track car in 1992.

whiteline, energy, they make 25mm bushings just use a new bracket if you have to. most of them are slotted so they will fit. mitsubishi evo x uses a 25mm sway bar if you want a non poly bushing
