Reputable Shop in DC area

Hello,
I just moved from Colorado to the DC area and wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a reputable shop/mechanic in the area. Currently considering some upgrades.

Thanks!
Luis.

I recommend RRT in sterling. Great team with amazing knowledge. For big jobs that's who I go to. It could be a bit pricey but you're not only paying for the work being done, but the knowledge these guys know is insane.

Another vote for RRT. As a reference they quoted me $2800 parts and labor for BE bearing replacement surgery with ARP bolts. That seems pretty typical cost for this kind of work based on other members' posts.

I went to these guys for a PPI on my E92 M3 back in May and there were very thorough and reasonable:

I'd ask them to do motor mounts while they're doing RB. I only paid parts cost for the motor mounts portion.

right. It was included in the quote. I didn't have it done, it was just to get an idea of what they would charge.

My car is at RRT getting a rear dif seal replaced and went out of their way to work me into their schedule. They are also doing a tech inspection free of charge for my trackday Saturday. Great work and great group of guys.
