i understand your pain. If you are just the average joe customer you really get treated as if you owned a VW. I just dont understand how Audi can sell nice cars but not have the customer service to back it up with. It still perturbs me to this day that a majority of the Audi dealerships dont even offer AUDI loaner cars...you just get some broke ass enterprise rental car like a chevy cavalier! wtf?!

yeah, it is sad.
Considering that over the last 6 years or so, we've had: 2- GTI's 1-A4 2-S4's 1-Toureg (which I still have, for the moment) I'm done giving VW Credit my $$$$. In the fall the Treg will get swapped in for an X5. kj |
