Beautifully done, a nice paint job is miles better than any wrap. The original color is also very interesting, any more pictures of that and the interior? It seems to be in between Jerez Black and Tanzanite Blue.

Marina Bay Blue is also beautiful, great choice.

Def ruined, I would’ve thrown some bronze or mag blue te37s on that night blue and it would’ve popped.

I never said it was good, but it is better than most companies that do paint jobs and that's a fact whether you'd like to admit it or not.

Example? You're amusingly vague.

I'll give you Mazda and Subaru and the domestics, outside of Cadillac, but after that, BMW paint is not up to par with Lexus, VW Group, Volvo or LR/Jaguar. There's absolutely nothing special about BMW's water based paints.

Looks incredible, one of the best strip and sprays I've seen.

I don't know what's better, owning a 1 of 1, or single handedly wiping it from existence because you didn't like the way it looked at you. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Totally agree on this. There are definitely people who can do paint WAY better than any factory robot can, but the reality is that 95% of painters don't provide that level of attention to detail. Factory paint isn't perfect, but it's far more consistent than most people do by hand. Unless you're talking about a concours level restoration, most painters have problems keeping the metal surface completely free from contaminants, as well as paint quality at the edges of panels. The factory panels on my M3 have orange peel from the factory, but the rest of the paint quality is fantastic.

To be fair you were very vague with your claims. Makes you look like you want to appear like you know what you're talking about when you probably don't.

Could not help myself... Every time I hear "To be fair" I sing it like they do in Letterkenny in my head.

Oh that's cute are you his lawyer?

I wasn't vague about anything. If you can't comprehend then replying is a complete waste of your time.

Holiday stress must be getting to all of us. I was snippy yesterday too.

I think we all need the step away from the keyboard and have a stiff drink.

I'm not the one having trouble comprehending. Maybe you need a definition of vague? That may help with understanding why you're being called vague to begin with

But you never said what exactly I was being vague about so in hindsight it was yourself that was vague...the irony.
