LED Angel and Headlight assembly kit?

Trying to find the thread that featured an LED angel/turnsignal light kit that also had carbon fiber inside the assembly, too.

If I remember, the kit was around $3000.

Can't find the thread and my searches aren't helping either. Any help would be appreciated.
