Hey guys, how much should i ask for this m3? I found one local but im not sure how much i should offer. the mileage on this m3 is around 37K

Offer what you think is fair and are willing to pay. Worst thing that happens is the seller says no.

Completely stock but has aftermarket parts on.

I don't buy that it was a female driver only either.

definitely no more than $35-36k given the fact it does not have CPO and has 37k miles on the odo. I looked at a lot of 08s and boy did they range in price...

$35k?? There's 762 M3s for sale on Autotrader, there are none with less than 40k miles that are that cheap. $40k sure. None in my area though, throw on $1-2k for transportation.

I'd say around 40k would be fair. Prices keep trending down so even 37-38k might not be taken as a lowball offer.

Reading this thread has been a true eye opener for me, considering I own an '08, but has made me think more objectively. The '08s are coming out of warranty, so you are really balancing that along with the mileage that an '08 has. I have had zero issues with mine other than a simple TPMS issue this past week (28k miles), so reliability wise, finding an '08 without a CPO warranty that has low mileage is going to be a great find. Taking several factors into consideration, I would say an offer in the range of high 30s to low 40s is good for an '08. However, options can play a pretty large role in that range (think each $1,000 you are thinking of offering). 6MT vs DCT, iDrive vs no iDrive, for the bigger option, as for the others... probably not a big deal.

I'm currently looking at an 08 with 67k miles on it but has a maintenance plan for 100k. The guy has had zero warranty work on the car and only wants 35k. Has brand new tires and brakes as well.
