drop in fuel system for E85. i emailed fuel-it. told them my set up (10 psi on e85) and they said it is set up for that exact purpose. i would just need to drill in 2 holes on the top hat and be good to go. has optional hobs switch for 4psi. looks like ill be going this direction!
Did you get this installed? How's it working?

Here's the version specifically for the E9x M3. Probably added it after you posted your link.

You need a secondary fuel pump and Hobb's switch like this https://www.fuel-it.com/fi-650hp-bmw-e9x-m3-lpfp-upgrade/

And a flex fuel commander or e85 vf620 tune.

Unfortunately no one has posted experiences with the "Fuel-it" kit, so hoping some can chime in on that.

I'm assuming you have green injectors. Those should be fine.

I'd still run it on a dyno and monitor AFR at redline to confirm. But reading others threads I've stumbled upon say the limiting item is fuel pump.

Green injectors are too small for that.

And the factory pump does work on full e85 with an wactual tune not that add add on..

I follow OP on Instagram. He sold the M3 and bought a new raptor, Q60, and a boat for himself. I don't think he'll be updating this thread.

I have a vf620 and BMP 93 tune and I'm waiting for my AFD commander to get here and then I may be trying the "fuel-it" pump...

Sounds like more fun than chasing mods on an already quick M3

Yep car is gone. Someone local to me bought it at auction. Got a raptor, q60 boat and rzr. Ill have a car soon, just most likely not a bmw. I lost interest in trying to make the platform fast with a 6 speed trans. If i have a DCT i would have pursued to further.

The stock fuel pump can handle full e85 on a supercharged car? Really?

I thought with regular Gasoline and a 650 kit, you're near the limit of the stock fuel pump already. There isn't 30% more room needed for e85.

That’s because a 650kit comes with those tiny 40lb injectors. I’ve ran full e85 with 1050cc injectors for over a month seeing end of 5th gear. If you are using the stock 37lb 625kit injectors you have no room. Ess tunes using injectors that keep duty cycle high. Going to a larger injector and a custom
Tune for a cable tuner opens up your ability to run e85 ok this car. Everything has it lints but fatokc 650kit and e85 does work. Contact Ttfs or labworks for that tune.

Another car just came off the dyno in nj Stock fuel system no add on pump. 1050cc injectors. Stock motor Ess 625 kit with a 9 psi pulley on e85

Here are results from an ESS625 Kit with id1050's, and a 3.48" vortech pulley:
93oct: 599whp/422wtq
E85: 677whp/461tq

The e90m3 has quite a stout fuel system when you aren’t using the tiny 37lb injectors that are sold with the ess625kit.

Tune from jordon at rk tunes

Do we have any idea on the A/F at the limiter for the E85 run? Hopefully these big injectors, pulley, and custom tune is all we need to make over 650 WHP.

Would be nice to see OP do a MAX EFFORT run on the dyno with an ice tank. Very close to 700WHP already.

I have a vf620 kit with AFD flex fuel commander and I've been running full e85 for a month or so and for the most part everything is solid but sometimes I get a fuel pump malfunction and reduced power to 7k rpm.... only happens when i do long pulls and stay at high rpm for a while
