A certified bmw service center does PPI's as well. I think they're fairly thorough as well.

While a mechanical PPI is important, take your car to a professional detailer to see if anything has been painted over, re-sprayed and other paint defects. My old car had a clean carfax and my detailer noticed a respray pattern immediately upon looking at the car. A few months later, an accident showed up on the carfax report. Too late to do anything then... don't make the same mistake I did lol
