Too bad we all can't do that! I've had cops tailgate me for no reason (while driving my Mini). That's a 6-point violation in New Jersey. They are a menace!

It's good to see this cop getting what he deserves, but sadly it won't change anything. Cops do this kind of thing all the time. Usually it's nothing serious, just speeding along at 80mph, but the double standard is still unjust; ff I was cruising along at a perfectly safe 80mph I would get a speeding ticket, but the cop is free to do so just because he's a cop.

he probably would have been fine if he pulled over immediately... that was the problem here. im sure her intentions were just to tell him to stop his shit and slow down...

This has started a huge City of Miami Police versus Florida Highway Patrol fight. Some on e stooped so low as to throw feces on a highway patrol car. I love this city *facepalm*
