Progress: Jet Black Coupe Build

It has been a almost a decade since I had the opportunity to start building a car. But with my luck, I get to mark my return with one of my all time favorites. N/A, V8, 6 Speed Manual, all considered archaic relics in today's performance sport cars. I happened to be able to source this vehicle from a friend of mine that converted to the digital realm of the F82 M4 so I was ecstatic to build the E92 M3 coupe of my dreams. But I couldn't have done this alone. I enlisted help from my local shops in building my dream car that was capable of daily driver duties while being personally competitive for my track duties 1 weekend a month.

Although the vehicle is only a weekend toy, the above mentioned check lists were very strict in that the M3 had to be the "super model that can cook & clean & tutor calculus"

I sourced all the parts and install through European Auto Source. They installed the bulk of the bolt on performance parts. After that, I enlisted Trinity Autosport to do my weekend track preparations to ensure I can drive there in 1 piece, track with reliability and still have the ability to drive my vehicle home. All bodywork/ exterior maintenance is handled by Signature Autobody and Dr Mobile Detailing.

Still far from completion, I have Brembo Big Brake Kit, Macht Schnell Stage 2 and E85 Flex Fuel Tunes on the way for 2018!

I think I like the gun metal colored Titan's to give some contrast (I'm thinking of doing the same).

Update: 1/27/18

We are spoiled with Southern California winters so my friends and I decided to impulse attend a Speed Ventures event this past weekend at Buttonwillow Race Track.

I wish I had more time to setup my car for track duties but we just rolled out and I just took the vehicle in my complete street daily driver mode.

Still getting a feel for the car but overall, the car felt very tight and predictable.

I can't wait to go back in a few weeks with my 18x10 +25 Titan 7 T-S5 non staggered format on 275/35/18 Yokohama AD08R

Jet Black seems to be a rare setup on this generation ///M for some reason... but she's super high maintenance but when she is clean... nothing can beat it!
