the straps don't see loads when you lift a wheel on an off camber corner? have what length is the strap? you could get something like a beard limiting strap, but it would just be for bling i guess.
also, what wheel specs are you running? any rubbing with that setup?

The front sway bar will push the other wheel. Unless you go airborne with both front wheels at the same time the straps won't see load. And if I go airborne (hopefully not any time soon!) it doesn't matter, they are strong enough.
Straps, I couldn't find any in my specific length and width (and they are pricy) and 2nd I didn't want to use a heavy adjusting bolt as you do have to adjust to your specific ride height. This setup was very cost effective .

I run 295/30/18 Hoosiers (on Arc8 10.5" ET27) up front with only 3mm spacers, so not much wheel offset at all which steers very nice.

Makes sense! Thanks for taking the time to explain it.

Check the part number on the spring. Some are 12k some are 14k. I think newer ones are 12k

The rate in N/mm and length in mm should be printed on the spring in addition to the part number.

Ironic you should post this a while back, as I am compiling a minefield of data right now, of change to spring rates mid production KW made. At this time, I am running KW "revised" rates 110/120. Will go into more detail about this if I start a dedicated thread, but worth noting ; not only did the rear spring rate get lowered from 800lb to 685lb, they also made it longer. To be fair, this is a quality made kit out of the box and surprisingly tolerable while street driven. This revision was most likely aimed at increasing sales, making the CS more street friendly. This does not factor in the >5% of those who have done solid subframe bushings, etc for dedicated track use. Am going to reach out to KW, to what they would recommend a rear spring rate pairing would be for the now 110(628lb) front spring. My guess, is the original 800 or there about.

I believe the stock is 220mm which is around 8.7".

Going for an 800lb spring in the rear and realize it won't compress as much. So trying to figure out the correct length to get.

I've been told to use a 6.5" spring with helper or an 8" without helper.

Sound right?

Please read my posts related to that (or this sales post) http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1406175

You can go much higher on spring rates and shorter and then use a spacer. You can order everything from KW in the US and they have an Excel spread sheet with Nmm and length [mm].
I tried to attach to this post w/o success.
