Ah, yea. I know all about Terry Richardson. He uses various cameras. A lot of his portrait work is done with cheap P&S film cameras (e.g., Yashica T4), but he also uses pro DSLR equipment (I think he needs to use this sort of equipment when he has a quick deadline and doesn't have the time to develop).

What equipment you use is important because it can help the photographer achieve the idea that he/she visualizes, but without knowing how to make your visualizations a reality, it's useless. So yes, photography is 80% the photographer, 20% the equipment.

This is why I like street photography (i.e., reportage) so much. Some people have such an incredible eye for what works. It's really inspiring.

I'm not sure. CCC couldn't possibly fall on a worse day than Wednesday. Like I said before, I have to get up really early on Thursday and I have a night class on Wednesday so it's almost impossible for me to make it out. One of these days when I have a day off, I'll come! I miss you guys lol

Today at the dentist's office I was talking to the hygienist about cars and he pointed to the receptionist's fiance's bmw in the parking lot. It was a black 335 with black/red rondel's, lowered on black dpe wheels (i think?) w/ red time attack stripes on the lips.

I told the receptionist to invite him out to CCC on Wednesdays and she said someone had already left him a business card on his windshield when they were in the Vons shopping center

Oh, I think the receptionist knows you Jason, her name is Ruth.

how did it come up that she knows me? we used to be great friends when she was single. we would go out, always hang with eachother... we had great chemistry and we told eachother everything.

unfortunately i wasn't ready for anything serious at the time cause i wanted to focus on school. i know her fiance but don't like him and i'm sure you can figure out why. lulz

i have been known to get jealous... it's the taurus in me. I guess what i'm most upset about is the fact that she used to talk trash about this guy to me. she ended up changing so much about herself for him that deep down inside, i don't see it working out for her. maybe i'm a pessimist about her particular situation.

in all reality, i shouldn't worry myself about it since she's moved on.
