My first trip to NJ in a year and I saw an E92 M3 . At the Garden state mall in paramus, alpine white, looked like your car was dropped.

Be careful where you park there. I took my car to that mall after Thanksgiving and parked it at the Lord & Tayor parking garage (3rd floor, very well lit, somewhat busy) and came back to a broken lock. Someone had tried to break in with a screwdriver or something. Suffice to say, I don't think I'll be ever going back there anytime soon. Paramus Police called me recently saying they don't have any leads yet, but their has been an increasing amount of incidents happening around the area. I'd only go back there if I can hire a midget to hide out inside the trunk and wack anyone who tries to do anything.

Wow, that's nuts!! I was there last night to catch a flick, parked the car in a lonely corner of the outdoor lot- I'm scared to think what someone might have done to her. Thanks for the heads up! I think I'll have to go with the valet lot underneath the AMC next time - $10 is a bargain compared to having your car broken in, and it appeared that they let you park your own car and keep the keys. Either that or just stick with Westchester

Space Grey e92 going south on Tennent Rd in Manalapan by the cemetary during the morning commute. I've seen you a couple of times and I keep thinking, sometime this year, you'll be passing a SG m3 also!

Monday, SSII E90 M3 spotted on Route 4 east by Hackensack, NJ. You were on the left lane while I was taking my exit to Teaneck. Spotted you on my side view mirror when I recognized the angel eyes.

OMG the same thing happen to me with my 03 X5 4.6is that I had a few mods done to 3 years ago. It was in the GSP garage 3rd floor towards the back by Nieman Marcus I actually caught them in the act when it happen!! Since I parked far away from the entrance and the rest of the cars, what they would do was park there old white Lexus SC400 real close to my car. I can still remember the plate. RBB80A I believe. However since it was three of them and only myself and my brother and I had no idea if they were armed or not I just pretended to get in my car and leave. The guy was basically shaking a can of fix-a-flat to make believe his car had a flat. There was also two other guys in his car. My key hole was also popped. Long story short since I got their plate when I watched them leave I gave it to the Paramus Police department. Car was titled to a woman in Newark whose bf was busted twice already for grand theft auto. BTW they weren't white if you get my hint so watch where ya park and whose around!

God damn, I would've went Charles Bronson on them. You would think people would get the hint that popping the lock on bmw's doesn't work that well. Just reaffirms that I won't ever go back there. I'll get my Auntie Annie's pretzels elsewhere.

Dont take your cars to clifton either, they tried to do the same thing in the Target parking lot in broad daylight.

My best advice I learned from this was the following. When parking at GSP (or any mall) I always park my car in the first space on the outer "race track" that goes around the mall. Always with the drivers side door exposed to the traffic. This provides no cover for a thief to try to pry your door open. Remember these guys aren't interested in being caught or getting into a hide speed chase. They wont try breaking into your car if they feel the risk of being spotted is high. GSP has done a better job with security and the Paramus PD have seemed to step up patrols a little better. However they did find the time to issue me a summons for no front plate back during MDW 09
