08-11 DCT Differences Within Years?

I'm looking to purchase an 08 sedan DCT. However I wanted to know if there is any difference in DCT within the years? Anything I should look out for?

GETRAG Powershift® 7DCI600 never changed.

maybe just the programming but if the car software was ever updated at BMW, and it probably was, then no difference.
