sounds like your installer made the mistake and BMS is going above and beyond offering a refund for a part that your installer made an installation mistake in; forcing a harness into place and breaking something in the process.
BMS is going well beyond the normal vendor to correct your issue that your installer did, whats the problem?

Oh boy. I dealt with terry via emails and always got great customer service.
Btw I read all the emails and it's hard blaming some vendor for a purchased item that wasn't installed properly. |
