Run flats = lead weights wrapped around your rims, get rid of those quick. Can't feel anything and the car accelerates and turns like a Cutlass Supreme!

No joke! I mean I have not driven any F56S cars that did not have the run flats on them, so I can't say how much better the car will feel...but it certainly cannot get worse

In 6th on the highway there is zero need to downshift as it revs pretty high for a torque filled engine. |

I'm in the same boat and looking to probably pick something up to use as a winter car/daily while keeping my e92 m3 as a weekend/summer car that I'll autox/track a few times a year.
At this point in the search, I'm thinking about picking up a used 17' S3 with the audi cockpit and sport seats. Great MPG (imo), sufficient power (can tune it for ~360hp), AWD for winter, and tons of tech with active cruise control and all that. Can be had for the low 30's. |

I have had a golf R, Civic Type R, driven a focus RS, and owned a few WRX's. I gotta say the WRX STI is underrated. My favorite for the daily driver, focus RS is a close second. Golf R is too small for my taste feels almost like a mini cooper lol a few times people on the road almost hit me because they did not see it! Ha! The civic type R is awesome but hard to be a daily driver its more of a race car. Does not get traction very well and being FWD you would have to get new rims and tires for snow. Imho the STI still is king of the daily. All the articles saying it is 5.7 seconds to 0 to 60 is a bunch of bunk imo.. i have a 2019 and its comparable to my e90 m3! Lol and you can pick up a down pipe and tune for about 1000 bucks and it'll keep up with almost anything you find on the road! Subaru is not a boo boo!
