I live in the IE and I've been searching for a SA and dealer that i can trust.

Initially bought my car from the dealer with MPE installed in 2012 and I have been noticing rattling that has been getting louder. Had a terrible experience with another dealer that didn't even know what MPE was.

Decided to PM Charlie after rave reviews about him on this forum.
He was able to work with the warranty people on my behalf and get my cracked MPE covered under BMW warranty.

I also got my battery recharged, yearly oil change and new wiper blades......... without asking.

My car was there for a week and he kept the car inside. I didn't even have to ask to not have my car washed when I got it back. He already knew to not wash it.... he might be psychic

He is an awesome guy and he's very responsive to PMs, emails. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are well taken care of. As other people have said, I highly recommend him and Mckenna for your service needs.

Got a brand new 4 series with paper plates to drive for a week as a loaner.

I won't be taking my car anywhere else. The drive is 45 miles away from where I live but IMO, it's totally worth it.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie today, dropped the car off and got a nice 4er vert loaner all within 15min! Charlie is a M3 owner himself so he knows all the pet peeves that come with the owning an M, no car wash please.

Car pick up was also speedy fast, dropped the loaner key off, shook Charlie's hand, and off I went all within 10 min.

So. Cal peeps, you NEED to take your car to Charlie at McKenna.

What's stopping you from making a weekend trip to SoCal? A lot of my Bay Area clients do that.
