So I hear this talked about all the time.. The annealing process happens at 600F+ for forged aluminum. No baker in his right mind would turn the oven up to 1.5x recommended baking temps. I think its a bologna that people even try to argue this.

I'm not an engineer but I just talked to our engineering team and they say we have sound data showing significant reduction in strength after temperature exposure much lower than 600F. Customers are free to do what they want, but with HRE, we have to recommend what we feel is safe.
