How can I acquire a EU DCT tune update? Is it something a NA BMW dealer will do?

No, it's only used in EU vehicles.

You sure you have the Euro sw Kevin? They start default in D2 mode.

I just increased shift point settings to 4 out of 5 from 3 out of 5 and it has made a very noticeable difference in reducing jerkiness of the car in lower gears!

I had the DCT tune done mostly for shifting to D on the first push for my wife. I personally don't like the 3500 launch control that came with it because my car now launches slower. There is no torque at that rpm so it bogs down a little. With the factory 5500 rpm launch I could get under 4 seconds to 60mph (3.8 was my best) and now I'm slower by almost a half second.

Jerkiness is significantly reduced with the software we provide.

Those of you that also want to try the European spec DCT software as well can be provided that by requesting it at no additional charge.
