The Bad:
Rod bearing has not been done.
TA are good and not replaced.
Most of the aged parts have been replaced, but still not showroom condition based on age of car.
Rear seat has a tear from previous owner (can be fixed).

Probably missing some stuff, but this is what comes to mind at this time.

Car does not need anything. It has gotten what it needs during my ownership.
