Great but I tried navigating within the site provided and I can't. Seems like I need a password or something.

Lux is plug-n-play / light bulb replacement. The OSS is a full custom modification where they open up your headlights and replace the angel eyes with their LED solution. With OSS both rings are equal brightness, while all the other solutions out there aren't.

Sorry guys for posting the same questions but I didn't get an answer in the other thread, just want to confirm that the new version won't have any warning messages for 2010+? Even during the cold start cycle?

I'm interested, but would like to know more about the flickering. You say leaving it on auto "may" resolve the issue. What does that mean? Also - do you know if you can disable the bulb check in autologic as EAS does for the led taillight retrofit?
Thanks. |

I would think coding to disable the autocheck would also remedy flickering, as the flickering I think is caused by the resistors in the powerpacks......

From what i have heard and read from others, putting the headlight into Auto mode will stop flickering. Not really true. the flickering is caused by small power pulses to check the exterior lights. LED lights require so little power and are instant on, so these small pulses of power cause the LED's to turn on for a split second. Halogen bulbs take much longer to turn on so the pulses of power do not cause the filament to glow.
