Replacement armrest parts - where to buy?!

I've been digging all over and can't seem to find where or if I can buy all of the components individually. I need the spring, pins, and gear. I could likely get by without the gear piece but the spring and pins are definitely needed.

I've found the spring easily and I could have sworn I accidentally came across the pins too but can't seem to find those again. I've never seen the gear piece listed individually.

That said, I also assume plenty of people have purchased replacements/upgrades and opted not to use or need these parts and has them just sitting around.
