ACM | CSF 4 Piece Cooling Package

E9x M3 (4 piece professional race-spec cooling system)


The kit has been Proven on the Yost Autosport M3 during the 25 Hours of Thunderhill Endurance Race (December 2015). Vehicle completed the full race with 1st prototype system. Feedback reported back from team that there were zero overheating issues; including results when compared to problematic power steering cooler (barely any fluid in overflow reservoir tank after the race).

All-aluminum triple-pass radiator (CSF #7059)

- 2 row 42mm core (dual core) featuring CSF’s exclusive B-tube technology*
- Core features an ultra-efficient fin with 6.5mm fin height and multi-louvered design for maximum surface area contact
- Triple-pass flow structure allows the coolant to flow across the core of the radiator 3 times before exiting the radiator for lowest outlet temperatures possible
- CNC machined “quick-connect” inlet/outlet connections
- CNC machined brackets and fittings for superb fit and durability
- All-aluminum race style drain plug
- 1 hour “mirror finish” hand polish
- “Drop-in fit” requiring no modifications to install. Accepts all attaching OEM components including “quick-connect” hoses, AC condenser, mounting brackets, and fan shroud

The new CSF E9x M3 triple-pass radiator is the ultimate cooling solution for professional race and serious high performance driving of any E9x M3. This includes forced induction and high power NA set-ups. This new all-aluminum radiator features an industry leading core design with CSF’s exclusive B-Tube technology along with an ultra efficient 6.5mm multi-louvered fin height design. To further the cooling efficiency, CSF has installed built-in separators into the radiator endtanks with an integrated 3-pass flow system that guarantees the lowest possible outlet temperatures of any upgraded cooling system available for the platform today. Lab tested using CSF’s in-house wind tunnel with heat rejection results of ~20% more efficient than the OEM unit. This unit will keep coolant temperatures fully stabilized during the most demanding driving and high ambient weather conditions. Track tested on the Yost Autosport E92 M3 during the grueling 25 Hours of Thunderhill Endurance Race in December 2015.


All-aluminum CAB-brazed dual-pass power steering cooler (CSF #8041)

- Changes from OEM’s low efficiency mechanically bonded core design to CAB-brazed high efficiency plate-type design
- Made with CSF’s AC condenser technology using a 1-row super-high pressure 18mm wide 4-channel microtube
- Dual pass 6-row design with an 83% increase in surface area compared to the OEM unit
- “Drop-in fit” requiring no modifications to install. Accepts all attaching OEM components including oil-line connections, mounting brackets, and AC condenser
- Lab tested at ~40% more efficient than OEM cooler
- World’s 1st true “plug-and-play” power steering cooler for the E9x M3 platform

The new CSF E9x M3 power steering cooler is the ultimate cooling solution for fixing high power steering oil temperatures when engaging in professional race and high performance driving conditions. A true “Drop-in fit” design that requires absolutely zero modifications to install. This race-spec engineering marvel utilizes CSF’s AC condenser manufacturing technology to deliver a cooler that is 40% more efficient than the OEM unit. Track tested to the extreme on the Yost Autosport E92 M3 during the grueling 25 Hours of Thunderhill Endurance Race in December 2015.

* Increase in unit size (total 83 mm or 3.27 inches in height) designed towards the top of the cooler from OEM position. This allows the cooler to work with any aftermarket supercharger heat exchanger or auxiliary coolers that may be placed underneath OEM positioned power steering cooler


DCT / 6speed dual-pass transmission cooler (CSF #8042)


- Made with CSF’s AC condenser technology using a 1-row super-high pressure 22mm wide 11-channel microtube
- Dual-pass high performance core with 11 cooling tubes vs. OEM 10 tube design.
- High-density multi-louvered fin design with 20% more surface area contact compared to OEM unit.
- “Drop-in fit” requiring no modifications to install. Accepts all attaching OEM components including oil-line connections, mounting brackets, and shroud/ducting
- Lab tested at ~30% more efficient than OEM cooler
- World’s 1st true “plug-and-play” transmission cooler for the E9x M3 platform

Cast-endtank race-spec engine oil cooler (CSF #8025)


- Designed and developed in collaboration with high performance supercharger system manufacture, VF Engineering.
- “Drop-in fit” requiring no modifications to install. Accepts all attaching OEM components including oil-line connections, mounting brackets, and shroud/ducting.
- The only cooler available on the market today that requires no cutting of shroud.
- Fully TIG-welded cast-endtank design vs. OEM mechanically jointed and tack-welded design for superior reliability & durability
- Tapered cast-endtank design fits precisely with the contour of the OEM bumper. No issues with aftermarket splitter attachement either
