I also won't be doing RB pro-actively. It doesn't make sense looking at the big picture statistics. Even if the failure rate is 2-3% spending 2500 probably isn't worth it outside of peace of mind...

That's why I changed mine out: peace of mind. Then after taking out the originals, I find that they are grossly under-worn in comparison to what I've seen on the forum. D'oh!

Interesting opinion. Because you correlate this to budget cars that don’t have sunroofs? To me sunroof or not has nothing to do with that.

yes, particularly on white cars it looks like something's missing - the f80 with CF roof looks much better to me

F8X beats the E9X hands-down in every way imaginable.
The E9X is slow.
The E9X looks sooo dated.
Stock E9X brakes are excellent.
ZCP stance is perfect from the factory.
Painting over orange reflectors is silly and looks cheap.
Young, new owners of 2nd/3rd hand E9Xs have no idea of the pain they're in for.
Non OEM after market replica parts don't fool the discerning eye.

Yes I was agreeing with poster. The only real M would start off being a BMW and it would have a roof, clearly. That is just some POS vehicle that put up there. I read the silliest stuff online. I saw where someone had a new F series and it was slammed. Someone commented "only in Florida". What does that even mean? I guess it's similar to only E90's and E92's are real M's. The funny thing is I saw a tuned E93 eat up a non tuned E92 not too long ago. Oh the internet.
