I liked the old better as well, BUT, it is a winter look... so I'd rather have dirty dark colored wheels vs dirty silver/bright colored wheels.

Mine's powdercoated. Since it's a 3-piece wheel, I had to get them disassembled and get the paint stripped off each piece. You would need to do some digging/research on a possible local company near your area who offers this service. Next, just simply find a powdercoater for them to shoot it in the finish you like. Average time is about a week for the whole process but I'm sure it would be faster if you keep pushing them. Cost ranges from $300-$500 or more depending on the finish/wheels.

My thoughts exactly. Was aiming for a darker wheel color so I don't have to wash it as often in the winter lol.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I think both looks great but, as someone mentioned, it definitely feels good to get a new look on the M3.
