It’s easy. Get a toothbrush with a tongue scrubber. Use the scrubber first and lightish pressure. Then go over it with the bristles. Then use a cup of watch with 2-3 drops of dish soap in it dip the brush and go over it again, then lightly wring it with a clean cloth. Super easy and you don’t need specific cleaner
