Yeah man. I would have just let them act foolish in their foolish contraption. Works every time. You don't prove anything by beating a Prelude, honestly. Plus, his gf was fat anyway

+2. I'm equally disappointed reading stories on this forum of members pulling antics like this on city streets. Your friend drives an M3. Is it necessary to prove a point to a guy driving a prelude? I'd much rather that he just give the Honda guy a courtesy middle-finger greeting and let him fly by unchallenged

I love how people are so quick to judge when OP never even mentioned how fast he was going. His friend's M3 could well have just accelerated to 50 or 60mph for all you know. They obviously stopped when there was traffic ahead too.

I second that but now ( well i speak for NJ legislation ) even accelerating to fast can be ticketed. How do you know what is what is beyond me.

were you guys on Baldwin? or were you guys on Rosemead blvd/Garvey? Those are probably only the safest roads in 626 to actually speed.

its typical azn crowd in a prelude. The guy was probably a fob ??

One of those cut me off on the interstate today. Actually it was a 323, but it definitely had a huge fart can on the back.

I went to High School with loads of them. I drove a 2006 Mustang GT Convertible at the time and every damn day they were trying to race me out of the parking lot. The damnedest thing is how they think modifying cars works. To them:

Fart can = 80 Horsepower
KN Intake = 50 Horsepower
Spoiler = Traction, even though most ricers are FWD.

Seriously. Thanks a lot, Vin Diesel.
