2011.75 E90 M3 ZCP Interlagos 6spd clean title

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 31,000.00

Item Interest
Good morning all! I am here to post my 2011.75 E90 M3 ZCP in interlagos blue, this beauty is an extremely rare spec and will come in 6spd manual. I will do my best to list as much information about the car but if I forget anything please feel free to shoot me a call or text and I will do my best to answer whatever I can.

Details:
VIN: WBSPM9C53BE698763
https://www.mdecoder.com/decode/e698763
- All recalls have been addressed and taken care of by BMW
- 5th owner
-2011.75 E90 M3 ZCP slick top (no sunroof)
-6spd manual
-39k miles on the motor (replaced by bmw by previous owner for rod bearing failure) 74k on chassis. Will continue to rise extremely slowly as I have a civic daily driver.
- New motor not under warranty but replacement covered all hoses and connections as well as motor
-Speed cloth interior
-ZCP wheels
-Fully loaded entertainment system (Bluetooth, aux, usb) updated the software through BMW's site.
-Auto dimming rear view
-All weather floor mats
-Backup camera (works when it wants to honestly)
-Back up sensor warning
-Navi built in
-Dual climate control
-Comfort access
-Xenon auto level headlights

Aftermarket parts:
- RW carbon front lip (wrapped gloss black)
- BPM stage 1 ecu tune with cable included
- BPM intake filter
- F80 illuminated shift knob
- Blinking third rear brake light
- PPF on impact areas on front of car
- Full paint correction and 2 stage ceramic coating
- Clear bra vinyl wrapped front headlights for oxidation and impacts
- Chemically treated windshield for rain and clarity
- Front windshield shade banner
- Hawk HPS rear brake pads with ATE 200 dot 4 flush and fill
- Red M steering button and ignition (matching)

Maintenance in my possession:
- Liqui Moly 10w60 oil every 3k miles
- Oil filter change
- Air filter cleaned and restored
- Spark plugs changed
- Cabin air filter changed
- All around brake fluid flush
- Differential flush and fill
- Hawk HPS rear brake pads
- Dot 4 ATE 200 brake flush and change
- Detailed and power washed entire engine bay
- Interior carpet steam cleaned
- Brand new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires all around with 1500 miles on them
- Wheels balanced
- Full alignment
- Techron concentrate added once monthly for deposits (peace of mind)
- Coolant topped off
- Wheel hubs and rims wire brushed and cleaned for preventative maintenance.
- Touch up paint pen ordered and used on small marks on front of hood

Paperwork:
- PPI done by previous owner in 2017
- Motor replacement invoice from BMW
- Oil change and filter records from my ownership
- Smog as of April 2019
- Registration paid in full through July 2020
- Brake fluid flush
- Several other documents from previous owners
- Title in hand (clean)

Looking for 31k firm as this spec is extremely hard to come by, I am located in southern California and not looking to ship this. I would strongly prefer a local pickup although I don't mind a short trip to meet if feasible. I will not be monitoring forums as frequently as I like because of work so please call or text 619-990-5763. If this thread is not marked as sold the car is still for sale!

RECENT MAINTENANCE:
- Oil and filter change on 11/8/2019 (paperwork in hand)
- Techron concentrate
- Cleaned and refreshed engine air filter 11/8/2019

I believe he did. This is in fact the SAME exact car in the older sale link. What's odd is that seller states a financial burden but somehow was able to pay it all off. Seems sketchy already.

I am a new member on the lookout for an E9X M and its sad that this type of scheme is found here. Please save these antics for CL or somewhere else, not a forum where individuals actually care about cars.

interesting that its a "scheme" for a well off family member to pay off the loan so I wouldn't lose further money paying the APR on the loan as small of an amount as that may be. I am paying that family member back 0% interest... Lets let the car sell itself thanks.

I dont see how this is sketchy? If you are that interested in the car, do your own due diligence prior to purchase.

Maybe the 'financial burden' isn't the car note...Maybe it's something else. So, if the individual is able to pay off the note/lien prior to sale to speed up the sale process that's his own choice. Maybe the remaining balance is $1k, maybe its $15k, who knows, who cares!

If you are not interested in the vehicle, catching bad vibes, don't agree with sellers antics, simply move on. SMH

True. Which is what I am doing currently. But whats odd is that info of the car being paid isnt included/updated in the sale post. Had i not researched i would not have known and based it alone on the sale post. If serious buyers are researching, i know its not just "the car" thats being sold. I guess im used to seeing more detailed sale posts including history like X amount of owners, detailed timelines, etc.

Its easy to say "let the car sell for iteslf" but in reality are we really like that? Part of private sales is also the vibe you get of the buyer/seller which i know is a factor for many and definitely can alter that 'gut' feeling. Forums are a resource and im just glad theres more to a sale post.

I can appreciate that. Thanks for the info. Based on the history you are the 5th owner correct? Can you confirm? Thanks!

Can you speak to the damage reported on the CarFax? 'Roof' reported on 2015 and 'rear' in 2018?

Thanks in advance,

k
