I hope all is well. Shipments have been shipped out for all customers who have paid their invoices. For Canadian shipments, we typically do take 4-5 days after we receive payment to ship out the bearings and bolts since we prefer to ship out orders in bulk shipments. That's not much time considering what we have to go through to ensure that customers don't pay the extra customs and the international shipping costs.

Thanks Abdul and I finally received your tracking number (Electronic Label Only -> Not Shipped) yesterday.

I hope you understand I do appreciate what you are doing for us Canadians and that is why you have my business (& many other Canadian customers).

However the point I think you are missing is that there was clearly a communication lapse after the passing of your promised ship date (Customer had already long made the timely payment SEPT/07 to secure the SEPT/12 ship date as promised).

As a customer it would had been perfectly fine if there was in fact any sort of communication from the vendor that the promised date of SEPT/12 was a no go and that "x" more days was needed due to whatever reasons. But instead there were no attempts of reaching out to the customer and no answering of any PMs 5 days after the promised ship date and 10 days after payment had been sent.

I hope you understand how that frustrates your customers. At the end of the day, thanks for your services to us Canadians and I hope that future customers can have a better experience than myself.

Apologies for the break in communication. I'm not as responsive on PM's as emails or direct calls/texts.

I didn't receive any PMs for 4 straight days because there was a delay in renewing my vendor status. In that time, I didn't receive any messages.

99 percent of the time, we don't have this issue. We never have this issue for US customers but with Canada post, we always try to ship in bulk. But in emergency/urgent situations, I ship individual shipments as well. The following is a thread of an individual customer who needed his shipment in 3 days. I paid the extra money to make sure he gets it.

BE bearings and bolts are not in stock for at least a few more months. I'm not taking any preorders or deposits. BE doesn't even know the approximate dates of delivery themselves so I don't want to keep ppl waiting. When I have them in stock, I'll write a post here. I'm strictly selling ACL bearings and ARP bolts at the moment. Everyone is going with them. I would not hesitate for one second to go with ACL bearings.

Just received the package and everything is perfect. Best price shipped. Props for doing excellent work on handling the duty.

There is room for improvement on the CRM side or maybe an ETA on when to ship but totally acceptable for a smaller company and this pandemic. Took around 1.5 weeks to ship then another few days to Canada.
