That said, don't take offense. No one is saying a female can't own an ///M car. Plenty of females own ///M cars, and they are just as welcome here as any guy (probably more so). This thread just seems too good to be true, and the Instagram plugs definitely seem a tad too convenient. You even have an Instagram advertisement under your username You made an account on here and posted a very LOOONG thread with fairly "sexy" pictures of you detailing the car everyone on here loves. The best way to market to a particular crowd is to appeal to them with things they are infatuated with (in this case, M3's and girls). The photos are very staged looking, and the whole thing just seems like a huge advertisement, like you are selling something. Then there are the very conveniently placed Instagram pitches all over the place. You should be able to see why we are skeptical.

Again, don't take it the wrong way, and if you are being honest, I apologize for giving off the wrong impression. Here is an idea: If you are honestly telling the truth, and you are a real person, post a picture of you in front of the car wearing a red shirt giving a peace sign with one hand a thumbs up with the other. That way we know at the least you are a real person and these are actually your pictures. Of course, it doesn't prove your true intentions of making your account or posting this thread, but hey, at least then we will know we are actually talking to a female and not some fat middle aged hairy guy named Butch..

And to be honest your post does change how my breakfast tastes! I spent a lot of time on this so it upsets me that bc I spent so much time now my posts are fake. I really am still not grasping the big deal of the instagram thing. I just made the profile about a month ago and get flattered when I get more and more followers. I am really not sure what I am trying to sell. I do not work for chemical guys nor am I getting paid my LUX or JB Speed (I did enter the LUX photo contest with my fiance's pics). I am just a veterinary student who gets pampered by a very generous fiance. If you don't want to follow me on instagram, that's OKAY! I did not make an account here to get instagram followers. I made an account to talk to people on this forum about a car we both own. My fiance has his car, I have mine, plus another we share. I decided to make a big intro with pics that my fiance loves taking of me.

Anyways, I would like to drop this subject. I would love to meet you guys at car meets when the opportunity arises, but I'm not sure what that would prove. I do not know all the little factoids of every car like my fiance if you were to quiz me, I just love my M3 and I love detailing!

And to clarify, the Instagram thing was only a big deal because it seemed like that was the whole point of you posting on here, was to get followers. I personally don't use Instagram, but see nothing wrong with advertising it. Now that you've shown this is actually your account and your car and you are not just some guy posting pics you took with a model standing in front of your car, pretending to be something you are not, no hard feelings.

Thanks! I actually do want to update some stuff on the car. I may be contacting you soon about what the car needs! I saw the the transmission and engine updates are quite the big hit. Also the nav desperately needs an update. Its always getting me lost

Those look similar to my wheels, except mine have a little more blue in them. I am about to have mine re-powdercoated though, because I can't stop dropping my wheels on their face while they are off the car and hitting shit
