This is very true. Except Washington. I live in Caps country and I hate all the Caps bandwagon fans here. Half my coworkers who claim to be caps fans didn't even know Holtby wasn't starting game 1 of the playoffs. Fake fans.

But I've always liked the Sharks. They were my western conference team growing up. Mostly because I've always loved sharks so it was a natural fit.

Great win by the Sharkies last night! That Evander Kane pickup is looking prettttty nice!

I'm a Bruins fan myself, the stomped the Maple Leafs (Kadri needs a suspension) but it was a good game for the Bs. I'm wanting the lightning and Bruins to match up again.

The Bruins played well last night but the Leafs will prevail. Their youth and speed will come through in the end. Just shut down that top line and they got nothing else. Easier said than done I guess.

Youth and speed are great, and Hyman did a great job of scoring, but experience is better in my book.

We shall see. Beat them 3 out of 4 games in the regular season. One game does not make a series. They're too old and in time that will get exposed. Plus Marchand is the biggest douche in the game.

Playing with Matthews and Nylander...Hyman should score 30 per year easily. He gets so many chances but he's snake-bit. Was nice to see him score a beauty goal yesterday.

As for the matchup, it depends how the Leafs respond at this point. I hope Kadri avoids the suspension because they need him, but I didn't like watching him throw that hit either. Wingels sandwiched and hit Marner in the head with his elbow as well, but that wasn't called, nor does it justify that stupidity.

I'm really into teams that play fast which is why I like the Pens so much. But, I'm pulling for the Jets and Preds (and I know they will have to play each other on the way to a Finals).

Right call for the 1 game on Doughty and Kadri deserves two.

Two I could have lived with. Especially after Doughtys incident costing one, and a few plays they let slide in the WAS/CBJ game. Hopefully someone can trigger Marchand and get him to do something stupid. Now that's a repeat offender

In all honestly tho, I love Marchand. Off the ice he's an absolute class act. Spends tons of time in the local hospitals and in the community. On the ice tho, he's a prick, and he will always be a prick in my eyes....unless he ends up on the Leafs somehow.

Pretty happy Sharks are going home up 2 games...I was thinking a split was a success...and what is really encouraging is that the Sharks seem to have control most of the game and not getting intimidated. If the Ducks can't get some discipline, its lights out...that Perry hit at the end of the game cost them the game.

Fuck Nazem Kadri. FUCK HIM. I get the playing rough aspect of hockey, and maybe crossing the line from time to time, but this guy repeatedly goes out intentionally trying to injure people.
