Great dealer, BMW of Humboldt Bay
There is something to be said about a small dealership. BMW of Humboldt Bay is a great dealership to work with. The purchase process for my 2011 M3 was actually enjoyable. Communication was excellent after I placed the order. Once my car arrived and was ready to pick up, the paperwork to close the deal was already to go when I arrived and less than 30 minutes later I was sitting in my new car. No pressure, no BS, no hassles, and they actually know what customer service is. Hands down, Matt is the best
car sales person I have ever dealt with. They even deliver cars to out of town buyers... If your shopping on the west coast you owe it to yourself to at least call these guy's and give them a chance to do business with you. |
