s65 rod bearing replacement in FL?

Just purchased 08 M3 and looking to have rod bearings swapped out w/ BE bearings. Any shops or mechanics recommended to have this done in FL?

not sure where you are but if you are in south florida I had the work done at active autowerke almost a year ago. almost 5k miles since then and no problems. my car has almost 79k miles now but not a daily driver.

I don't remember, at all. But when they did it, the price was very much in line with what people were saying on the forums. The only other people I trust with my car is Foreign Affairs Motorsport in Pompano. Just call and talk to them. Get quotes from both. Heck, I'll be at Active this week. Nicest people.

Try Meister Motoring on 4100 Davie Blvd, ph:+19545814540, contact: Reza Akbar, very reasonable prices, i have only done my supercharger oil changes there but he does a lot of work on S65 engines including rod bearings, I highly recommend this shop

Just brought mine to Tuning Dynamics in Tampa. They use the EAS WPC treated rod bearings and ARP Bolts. ARP 2000 if you plan to stay NA, 624 if you plan to go supercharged. Very very reasonable. Lowest price I've found so far. They have done a ton of them. Really nice guys and good to deal with.

I would highly suggest you visit EuroMotive Performance in Hallandale Beach.
Everyone that works there is from the dealer and are certified. The place is beautiful and has the best service.
