Strut Bars on upside down...

I had my e92 in for rod bearing replacement a few weeks ago and the guy noticed my strut bars are installed upside down. Is there anything special needed to flip them over or is it as simple as unbolt, flip and re-torque? Also, does anyone know the correct torque for the bolts?

I don't even want to know why they have been removed by the previous owner

Thanks!
