Back in at 157,000. Throttle actuator #2 finally bit the dust, but still no other issues.

2008 65k

Just picked up from dealer last week - 3 previous owners. No issues other than the annoying seatbelt extender, which I fixed :-)
E92 - 65,432 miles.
I am looking for quotes now to have rb replaced. Heard too many horror stories.

I wouldn't exactly consider 65K high mileage but if your in NJ and your looking to get your bearings replaced, I would recommend AutoCouture. They have a great reputation and usually run specials for rod bearing replacements.

Congrats! I'm right down the road from you in Stratford, you ever go to that High Octance cars and coffee in Mt. Laurel? I've been meaning to get out there, but haven't had the chance.

Nice! I just moved over this way around June, was in Manayunk right outside of Philly prior. It's nice not having to battle through traffic just to get groceries haha.

Sounds good! Saturdays weather is looking perfect so hopefully it holds up. As far as the meets go check out the local forum, pretty sure there are a few coming in October.

Have owned my 08 e90 m3 6mt for a little over 6 months now. 4th owner. I bought it with 99k miles and just rolled 123k.It's currently FBO. Rod bearings done at 89k by autocouture motoring. Came with all the maintenance records and I've loved it since the day I picked it up! Actually installing an ess 575 kit this week

I have done all the typical stuff. Front underbelly pieces, brake pads, spark plugs, oil, filters, TIRES!, rod bearings at 147k looked ok. Haven't done throttle actuators. Sshhhhh! Don't jinx me. Battery twice, gas filler door latch, fuel pressure sensor,.. Mike Benvo tune. Air-bag under recall recently

I will do, if I had spare change: Bilstein shocks with EDC, maybe some springs, sway bars. The upgraded nav/radio. I love the car. Drive it like you stole it.

125,000 miles. RB and TA change at 118k. This is my track day toy and it gets used a lot and hard, but it's also warmed up and down religiously the oil is changed after every 5 track days.

Only ever been towed once, that was at the Nurburgring where an injector stuck open and locked the engine, fortunately in the car park whilst trying to start it so no damage was done. Got a ride on the famous yellow truck to Tom Schirmer's workshop where we changed it out in a couple of hours.

Not sure about others, but with my 6MT, before I get into it I like the oil temp up to operating point - i.e., about 200-210. I keep RPMs lower and don't push the M button until.

Oops sorry - Warm down - not warm up.
