Help reattaching trim piece

A passenger got their bag strap stuck underneath the trim piece near the door somehow, and when getting out of the car pulled the trim off. I am trying to reattach it, but can't figure it out. There are four beige posts, which align with four channels on the trim piece. However, it looks like the channels open in different directions. The first two have openings on the left, the last two on the right, so you cant just slide all four in at the same time. Am I supposed to remove the beige posts? Trying to figure out how to get this back on, appreciate any help.

Slide in one end, push trim piece down, slide into other channels?

It seems when it’s slid in on one end it’s on top of the channels on the other side, but I’ll try that again.

Looks like you have to remove the beige grommets. In case anyone else has the problem in the future, here’s the video I found which was helpful:

Yeah remove the grommets and reattach to trim. Then it should just push into place.
