Back on TE's! The first picture is when my E92 was at its finest before I traded it in late 2017. I had put it back to stock and traded it in on an F80, however, I never grew to love the F80. Last year I was luckily able to find my exact car and buy it back. Unfortunately, It was in far rougher shape than when I owned it initially, but I've slowly been restoring it back to its former glory.

I could not for the life of me find 19" TE37SL's in pressed graphite so I decided to try them in blast bronze. Not sure how I feel about my sparkling graphite/bronze combo, but....it's a TE

They both look great! I had an '08 TT FJ and to date, still one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. Would love to get matching TE's for my GX, but seeing how my current wheels look after a few trail days, there's no way

Been following this thread for a decade going back to when I had my 328i admiring all these M3’s.

Thanks to everyone for sharing and helping with tire sizing.

Will try to get some more pics but this is standard spec 18” SL’s, 18x9.5 ET 22 and 18x10.5 ET 20 in pressed graphite and ended up going 265/35 295/30 with ohlins. Conservative drop in the front for driveway clearance. Absolutely love the way the car drives with these over the 359’s. It’s as big of a difference as when I first went catless and tune.

Reading through this, it looks like 18x9.5” or 10.5” square with 265/35 or 275/35, or an 18x9.5” and 10.5” combo with 265/35 up front and 285/35 in the back are acceptable and common choices.

For those running a 18x9.5” square setup, any traction issues? This will be my DD set; have another set of track wheels.

Thanks!

got some TEs for the E92 this weekend! It took me a long time to find 18x10 square in the Dash White color. Now both my M3 and M4 are looking proper!

M3 specs: TE37SL Dash White, 18x10" +25 offset with 5mm front spacer and 15 mm rear spacer, wrapped in 275/35-18 RE71R tires.

M4 specs TE37SL Blast Bronze, 19x9.5" +21 front, 19x10.5" +35 rear, 5mm front spacer, 12.5 mm rear spacer, 265/35-19, 285/35-19 PS4S tires

no rubbing.. slightly touches the fender liner at full lock, thats all.

You'll need a ton of camber so you won't be able to do with stock suspension.

Hi guys, I read the M3 fitment is 19x9.5 ET22 / 19x10.5 ET22.

Can I use a M4 fitment TE37SL (19x9.5 ET22 / 19x10.5 ET34) on a E92 M3 with a 12mm rear spacers? As simple as that?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is as simple as that, but if you really want to get technical, you need to take into account the brand/size of rear tire you plan to run. You may find that you could run a slightly thicker or thinner spacer than a 12 mm to really get the wheel fitment you want. If you look back a couple pages in this TE37 thread, you will see some pics of my white M3 and white M4 with some "M4 fitment" 19" Te37SL in blast bronze. I used a 15mm spacer with the 10.5" +35 offset wheel and a 285/35/19 tire.

How much is a ton of camber? -3, -3.5?
And what are you running for rear camber to do 10.5 +15 with the 275's?

Dumb question. What lug bolt is recommended with Te37? OEM work ok? No spacers.

Yep, the OEM lug bolts work perfectly fine without spacers. All you need is a lug bolt (or nut) that has a 60 degree conical seat. Any stud kit or extended wheel bolt kit made for the E9x chassis will work.

The one thing I will note about spacers, I've found some spacers have a chamfer between the hub extension and vertical face of the spacer that doesn't fit all model TE37. I have some 10mm Motorsport Hardware "tracklite" spacers with hub extension that does not fit my 18" TE37sl bore but it fits perfectly fine on my 19" TE37sl wheels.

and a picture for a bump!
