Is there a way to code out TPMS using Protools? Is it possible to enable FTM with Protools? I understand theres a way with NCS expert but I'd like to specifically know about ProTools as it has a lot of coding functionality.

Yes. You can remove the VO for TPMS and add the VO for FTM.
