Good stuff. Compared to the 46M, the 90M feels like the subframe is 'nearly' rigid-mounted. So, to the poser's point above, it is relative.

Do you find that the ride quality has changed at all?

No loss of ride quality than I notice, but I have red poly not solid. However, I think those with solid mounts don’t complain.

I think the balancing act concerns the diff bushings.

Went with The Powerflex bushings Purple
One . I change all of them on my diff (one big one And other 4 small one on The bracket. I found it annoying. I also noticed some knocking and clunking from the driveline when putting the car into reverse, neutral, or drive. I did not find this particularly annoying. Noise coming from The transmission . DCT

Please help me .

I have yet to see broken diff bolts on a DCT car. Has this happened lately?
.
I own a 2011 E90 M3 DCT with 29k miles and the front left diff bolt broke about a month ago.

I did not even know about this problem until it happened to me, so yes it does happen with dct but much less i think.

You might want to check the install. I think someone here had clunking then found out out of the bushes was installed the wrong way. I have PF Purple diff bushes and zero clunking. I do get a little bit of diff whine but that's tolerable.

I have tracked the car twice, but the bolt broke driving a bit aggresive but not enough to make the bolt break imo. I have only launched the car 3 times in its life.

I was breaking bolts like crazy when I first put an e92 m3 diff into my 135i. I went through 3 over a 2 week period. Had to drill the 12mm bolt to a 14mm bolt and it stopped happening. Poly race diff bushings. I think it was just the torque of the N55 at low rpms.

I'm surprised I haven't heard of this method before. We're all upgrading from 12mm studs to 14mm. Seems like a good idea for the diff mounting as well...

this has been an issue on e36 and e46 as well and that's what they do. Move to a 14mm bolt. That was the only thing that solved it for me. Not paying $1200 for that trash defiv brace either that he only made a handful of.
