Brosef, how much was it to pull the fenders?

Wow this is impressive fitment in the front, 18x10.5 ET20 with 285/35/18, and the front camber isn't even that extreme.

What do you guys think about a 18x10 ET25 front with 285/35/18 and -1.7 camber? If he fits shouldn't that setup fit as well?

I'm not sure if you have enough clearance for the inner. I do have aftermarket suspension so it helps a little.
For camber, it's hard to say. You need to feel the suspension and steering feedback to adjust your camber setting though.
It depends on what tires you wanna run. I would recommend 285/30/18 for fronts and keep it close to stock over diameters.

You will rub for sure! There are a few that have issues running the 255/30/20 when lowered. You have to be really careful about increasing the overall diameter over stock on the front. There isn't much clearance with the fender liners.

Update

Car: 11 E90

Wheels w/ Offsets: OEM ZCP + Spacers = 19x9 et24 / 19x10 et 25

Spacers: F 10 / R -

Tires / Miles: 255-35-19/295-30-19 Advan AD08's - New

Suspension: KWV3

EDC Setting: None

Alignment: Stock

Rubbing?: F - Have rubbing at from 1/2-3/4 wheel turned in either direction on the rear side of the fenders. The rubbing isn't severe but annoying. Strangely, I'm not rubbing on full lock. Nothing detrimental to the car.

R - Rubs on hard dips on the part where the bumper attaches to the car( same place as everyone else) Can't really hear it no more but it still rubs there. Nothing detrimental to the car.

Has anyone been able to fit PSS 305/30/19's in the rear without fender mods?
If so, what wheel/offset and what alignment setting?

Although I am not running that setup, I am running something very similar.

Mine is 305/35/18, which have an overall height of 26.4 in and width of 12.01 in
Your proposed setup 305/30/19 would be 26.2 in high and 12.01 in wide

So your tires would not be as high as mine, so no risk of upper rubbing. Also PSS have a more rounded edge than my squarish/fatter RA-1s so I think you would be good there too. Wheels would be an 11 inch wide wheel w/ offset of 32 with max stock camber (I would like more, but no rubbing issues either way).

Rubbing?: F - Have rubbing at from 1/2-3/4 wheel turned in either direction on the rear side of the fenders. The rubbing isn't severe but annoying.

R - Rubs on medium-to-hard dips - very annoying.

Final comments: It's a pain in the ass that this set-up rubs since with the stock 245/265's, it had no rubbing at all with the aggressive spacers. I'm either going to remove the spacers altogether, or pick up some stock 18's and use those with winter tires and keep summer 245/265's with current spacers on for warmer months.
